Orders placed before 2pm with delivery addresses in Dubai or Abu Dhabi are eligible for same-day delivery. This applies to all in-stock items and is available at no additional charge for qualifying orders.
We are currently working on expanding shipping to the wider GCC region, including Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.

We want you to love your Seranaya products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to initiate a return:
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace it immediately at no cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged item.
