Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Seranaya website at seranaya.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Site or purchase our products.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Products & Pricing

All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, actual colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and the natural variation of our handcrafted ingredients.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order and the formation of a binding contract.

We accept the following payment methods: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and cash on delivery (for eligible orders within the UAE). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates. Standard shipping takes 2 to 4 business days. Same-day delivery is available in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for orders placed before 2pm.

Shipping is free on orders over AED 300. A standard shipping fee of AED 25 applies to orders under AED 300.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to courier service disruptions, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate, as we are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at orders@seranaya.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return. Gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange an immediate replacement at no cost to you.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and the Seranaya brand name, is the property of Seranaya and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written permission. Limited, non-commercial use for personal reference is permitted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seranaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or purchase of our products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Site or our products beyond those explicitly stated in these Terms and on our product pages. Our products are intended for external, topical use only. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
